Q: What hours are you open? 

A: We are open normal mall hours Monday through Saturday, from 10 am to 9:30 pm and Sunday, 11 am to 6 pm. 

Q: Do you carry Human or Synthetic: 
A: We carry both human and synthetic wigs; you would have to come in to see our selection of each type. We also carry human and synthetic pieces and ponytails. Also, ALL of or extensions that we carry are human hair. Lastly, we carry both human and synthetic braiding hair. 

Q: Where are you located? 
A: We are located directly in the Greece Ridge Mall. Once you get to Greece Ridge Mall, you can park over by entrance #6 (by Chase Bank and Critics). When you walk into that entrance, you will be facing Burlington Coat Factory; we will be on your right hand side, next to T-Mobile. 

Q: Do I need an appointment? 
A: No, you do not need an appointment to come and get fitted; if you would like to make an appointment with a specific person, you can do so by calling (585) 225- 5450 anytime. 
Q: What is your price range? 
A: We have a huge price range; our products are a much better quality than other areas as we have been in business for 41 years. We believe that in everything, you get what you pay for; you can buy a leather coat for $50, or you can buy one for $500, it all depends on what you are looking for and what your budget permits. 

Q: Do you have layaway? 
A: Yes, we do have layaway. For more details, please feel free to call or send us an email. 

Q: Do you ever have any coupons or sales?  
A: Yes we do. We will be sending out coupons to those that join the site; we also post public coupons on the "coupon" section of this website. If you are on our frequent shopper list (in our store), you will receive coupons in the mail. Lastly, our in-store sales are always changing. Feel free to call or stop by to find out what types of promotions we are running. 

Q: Do you do wholesale? 
A: If you are looking to purchase multiples of one item, you can speak to the manager for wholesale pricing; this can be done by stopping in the store. 

Q: Are your products in stock or are they ordered? 
A: We have thousands of wigs and other products in our store. If you do not see it on the shelf, there is a high chance that we have if in stock in the back. We keep several of each wig in the back, in various colors. If for some reason, we do not have it in stock, we can place an order for you; the item usually takes 3-7 days to come in.
